Location
The Special Assembly of Priests will be held at Christ the Saviour Cathedral in Johnstown, PA, with priests and guests being lodged at the Holiday Inn Downtown, 250 Market Street, Johnstown, PA
Hotel Information:
A room rate of $89.99 per night (plus tax) for accommodations with either one king or two double beds has been arranged for those needing accomodations before and/or after the assembly. To secure this special rate, room reservations can be made by calling the Holiday Inn Downtown Johnstown at (814) 535-7777 or (800)-433-5663. Rooms should be booked under the group code 'ACROD’.
Reservations must be made by Sept 20, 2013 to guarantee the special rate.
Meal Reservations:
The meal package price for all clergy/lay delegates is $180.00. This is all-inclusive except for the hotel; there are no other costs. There are also children’s prices for delegates and clergy who may wish to have their children accompany them for the entire time. Please note that for those who do not care to eat meat, each meal includes a meatless selection. If there is otherwise a special dietary need, please indicate that on the order form.

Commemorative Journal:
A 75th Diocesan Diamond Jubilee Journal will be produced as a historical keepsake. Advertising greetings from parishes and organization sponsors will be accepted. Absolute deadline is September 16th. Participation levels will be distinguished as follows:
Diamond Sponsor - $200 – Maximum 5 lines
Gold Sponsor - $100 – Maximum 3 lines
Silver Sponsor - $50 – Maximum 2 lines
