Registration and General Information


Location

The XXIII Diocesan Council-Sobor will be held at Christ the Saviour Cathedral in Johnstown, PA,  with delegates and guests being lodged at the Holiday Inn Downtown, 250 Market Street, Johnstown, PA.


Hotel Information:

A special room rate of $94.99 + 11% tax  has been set.  There is also a parking fee of $5 per car per night. Reservations may be made by calling the front desk of the  Holiday Inn Downtown Johnstown at (814) 535-7777 asking for ACROD reservations.

Deadline in order to receive this rate is September 9th.


Meal Reservations:

The meal package price for all clergy/lay delegates is $180.00. This is all-inclusive except for the hotel; there are no other costs. There are also children’s prices for delegates and clergy who may wish to have their children accompany them for the entire time.

Commemorative Journal:

A Sobor Commemorative Journal will be produced as a historical keepsake. Advertising greetings from parishes and organization sponsors will be accepted. Absolute deadline is September 16th. Participation levels will be distinguished as follows:

Full Page Black & White  (7 ½" h x 10" w)   $250.00
Full Page Color  (7 ½" h x 10" w) $300.00

Half Page Black & White $175.00
Half Page  Color $200.00

Qtr Page (3 ¾" h x 5" w) Black & White  $100.00
Qtr Page (3 ¾" h x 5" w) Color $125.00
