Chancery Releases Additional Episcopal Consecration Information

JOHNSTOWN, PA -- The Diocesan chancery is pleased to provide the following additional information regarding the Consecration to the Episcopacy of His Grace, Bishop-Elect Gregory (Tatsis):

The Hierarchical Divine Liturgy for the Ordination of His Grace, Bishop-Elect Gregory will take place on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 10:00 am in Christ the Saviour Cathedral in Johnstown, PA. 

A celebratory banquet will follow at the Pasquerilla Conference  Center at 1:30 pm.

As it is anticipated that a large number of faithful will be in attendance, special  arrangements have been made with several area hotels who have offered reduced room rates until November 5, 2012.  It is reported that room reservations for this historic event are being made rapidly and it is advised that those wishing to attend make their reservations immediately.
