Diocesan Young Women's Encounter Program
The Diocesan Young Women's encounter has been in existence since 2014. Established by His Grace, Bishop Gregory, the annual retreat program is designed specifically for our young women to provide them an opportunity to spend time in fellowship with each other, have fun, and pray together. Encounter 2019
June 30- July 3, 2019
Plans are underway for the Annual Diocesan Young Women's encounter which will take place from Sunday evening, June 30th, until Wednesday, July 3rd. The YWE will be held at the Saints Peter and Paul Orthodox Christian Church in Windber, Pennsylvania. Young women in our Diocese ages 12-18 are encouraged to attend.
This engaging experience will highlight how young women can live our Orthodox Faith and serve the Church with their own unique gifts. The YWE is designed specifically for our young women to provide them an opportunity to spend time in fellowship with each other, have fun, and pray together.
