On January 14, Fr. Nick Anton and Spyridoula Fotinis presented to the Rocky Mountain Orthodox Clergy Brotherhood in Denver, CO. His Eminence Metropolitan Constantine hosted the meeting with 25 clergy in attendance. The meeting opened with a vasiliopita (St. Basil's cake) blessing followed by a wonderful meal.

 

 

The meeting focused on the general work of the Assembly of Bishops, the upcoming Assembly XIV meeting in Denver in the fall, and the possibility of starting an Inter-Parish Association.

 

 

After the clergy meeting, a smaller informal meeting was held with key lay leaders in the area to talk about Inter-Parish Associations and Assembly XIV meeting.

 

 

There was great interest and support for both the meeting and the Inter-Parish Association. The Assembly of Bishops looks forward to visiting the Denver area in September for its annual meeting!
