2025/2026 Academic Year Begins at Christ the Saviour Seminary

JOHNSTOWN, PA -- [Diocesan Chancery] Monday, September 8, 2025 was the opening of the Fall Semester of studies. It began with Liturgy celebrated by Fr. Miles Zdinak. His Eminence presided, and Father Miloro and Father Rustick participated. Father Zdinak offered a day of recollection with several retreat meditations which allowed ample opportunity for reflection.

Alex Hurtsellers, St. Elizabeth Mission, Woodstock, GA. In addition, Sem. Robert Leonardo, a vocation of St. John's Church in Rahway, NJ, is the tenth seminarian of the Diocese at present. He is studying at St. Tikhon's Seminary in South Canaan, PA.
This is the Seminary's eighty-fifth year of providing a theological program of formation for future priests of the Diocese since its establishment by the late Metropolitan Orestes P. Chornock in 1940.
