75th Metropolitan Orestes Bowling Tournament. National ACRY Friends & Family Weekend ( May 23, 2025 - May 26, 2025)
On May 23, 2025, the Christ the Saviour Cathedral in Johnstown, PA and Saint Peter & Pauls in Windber PA hosted the 75th Metropolitan Orestes Bowling Tournament. National ACRY Friends & Family Weekend.

Alexa Petrick, Sarah Hetzler and Emily are going through all of Father Ken's books that were donated to the Seminary and counting out how many books are in each box and labeling the lids of each box so that when it comes time to move the boxes they will know how many books their are in total.

On Saturday after bowling was over, there was a service project over at the Seminary. The participants in this photo (President - Alexa Petrick, Stephen Sudik, Sarah Hetzler & Victoria Schmidt) were helping Metropolitan Gregory label boxes of books that will be moved to the new Seminary library.

The Junior A.C.R.Y. members took a trip over to Bishop John R. Martin's grave and placed flowers on it. They wanted to pay their respects to the founder of the Junior A.C.R.Y.

Sarah Hetzler is also helping with counting the number of books in each of the boxes.

Saturday night was at the church and there were outdoor games, along with live music. This is a photo showing the cornhole games that were going on after dinner on Saturday night.

The center pieces for the tables and and decorations Saturday night represented the 75th Metropolitan Orestes Bowling Tournament.

Their was a live band that played throughout dinner as well as a little bit afterwards. Providing some great background music as we enjoyed the delicious food!

The food for Saturday night and Sunday morning after Church was served buffet style. The catering services were great throughout the whole weekend and did a fantastic job with the large crowd of people both Saturday and Sunday night.

After dinner and speeches were over, there was a DJ to provide some dancing for rest of night.

Throughout the night, the DJ played a lot of different line dances for everyone to enjoy themselves.
