All of the information necessary for you to make your plans, including the meal package information and forms, the hotel reservation details and the program book advertisement information and forms have been provided below.
In this age of ever rising costs we have worked very hard to keep the pricing for the rooms and for the meal packages at a reasonable level. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as you can, and please submit your food package and program book advertisement forms before the deadline dates.

ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS ATTENDING THE CONVENTION WILL HAVE IN AND OUT PRIVILEGES: $10.00 per car per night (reduced from $18)

Attractive one-size-fits-most aprons with "ACRY," "Forever Forward and
Heavenward," or the Eagle Emblem are available and will be made to
order in whatever color combination you wish. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for
delivery.

Some 2011 Calendars with photos of churches in the diocese are still
available if you would still like to look at our lovely parishes.
Since the calendars are for 2011 we have reduced the cost to $7.00
(our printing cost). Shipping is $2.90/calendar.
