Camp Nazareth

Camp Nazareth is the official Youth Camp, Retreat and Conference Center  for the American Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Diocese of the U.S.A., located,  in Mercer, PA.   It was established in 1977 By His Grace, Bishop John  and has been expanded and improved under the leadership of Metropolitan Nicholas and Metropolitan  Gregory.

Camp Nazareth is a popular gathering place for the youth of the Diocese.  Its 289 acres of rolling hills and open fields is the perfect setting for the annual Summer Camping program. Featuring comfortable  accommodations,  manicured sports courts, a Junior Olympic Swimming Pool,  and a beautiful Carpathian styled wooden Church, Camp Nazareth is truly the place to be!

As a veteran camper  Jenna Goetz of Bridgeport, CT  writes:

"Coming to camp, personally, has the feeling of coming home, and being here is like achieving the closest parallel to heaven on earth."

If you have never visited Camp Nazareth, you do not know what you are missing!   Come discover your home away from home.  Come to Camp Nazareth!!!!
