Metropolitan Nicholas Participates In Patriarchal Visitation to New York

NEW YORK -- His Eminence, Metropolitan Nicholas was among the Orthodox Hierarchs of SCOBA at a special meeting with His All- Holiness, Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I on Tuesday, October 27, 2009.  Metropolitan Nichlas also participated in the Feast Day Divine Liturgy for St. Demetrios at St. Demetrios Cathedral in Astoria, New York, on  Monday October 26, 2009.

Today,  Metropolitan Nicholas is scheduled to have a private audience with His All-Holiness and participate in the annual Archon's Dinner.  His Eminence's visit to New York will conclude on Sunday with the co-celebration of the Patriarchal Divine Liturgy at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Manhatten.
