Archon Michael Kundrat to be Awarded Honorary Doctorate Degree at University of Uzhorod

BINGHAMTON, NY -- on Monday, October 18th, Archon Michael Kundrat will be awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree on the 65th anniversary of the founding of the University of Uzhorod. (Ukraine)

The degree is being awarded to Michael in recognition of his outstanding  leadership in assisting the Uzhorod Regional Medical Center in acquiring desperately needed medical equipment and supplies through the State Department’s Operation Hope program.  He has also played a major role in assisting in the development of the medical library and clinic.

He will be joined on his journey by his sons, Michael and Joseph and by Dr. Nicholas Seketa.  

Mr. Kundrat is a member of St. Michael's Church of Binghamton, NY
