"Good News" Diocesan Internet Broadcast Program to Be Launched
JOHNSTOWN, PA -- A Diocesan internet broadcast program entitled "The Good News" will debut on Monday October 19, 2009 at 7:00 pm. The purpose of this program, which will be broadcast from Christ the Saviour Cathedral, is to share the Good News of Our Lord God and Saviour Jesus Christ with our diocesan faithful and all who wish to learn more about the ministries and life of the American Carpatho- Russian Orthodox Diocese of the USA.
Scheduled for this first of what is anticipated to be a regular feature, is a discussion about the works of the Diocesan Apostolate for Information Technology and Communications and the visit to the USA of His All-Holiness, Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew which will begin October 20. Schedule permitting, His Eminence, Metropolitan Nicholas will also participate in the broadcast.
It is anticipated that the broadcast will run approximately 15 minutes. It will be archived for later viewing as well.
