Video of Parastas On The One Year Anniversary of The Repose of +Metropolitan Nicholas Posted
JOHNSTOWN, PA -- A video of yesterday's Memorial Service on the One Year Anniversary of the Repose of His Eminence, +Metropolitan Nicholas at Christ the Saviour Cathedral has now been posted. The Parastas Service was celebrated by Very Rev. Protopresbyter Frank P. Miloro, Dean and was assisted by Clergy of the Johnstown, Deanery and by local Orthodox Clergy of several Orthodox Jurisdictions. Also attendance were the Metropolitan's brother George and sister-in-law Rose Marie.
The memorial service was followed by a Lenten meal at a local restaurant. This week's episode features a sermon given by Very Rev. Protopresbyter Frank P. Miloro, Diocesan Chancellor and Dean of Christ the Saviour Cathedral delivered on Sunday February 19, 2012 .
