2012 Diocesan Summer Camping Program Begins

MERCER, PA ---  Diocesan Campers from the New York, New Jersey, New England, Florida and Canadian Deaneries arrived this afternoon at Camp Nazareth for the first of three camping weeks. An exciting schedule of events has been planned for our diocesan youth which will provide them many opportunities for Christian Fellowship, Worship and Growth in the Orthodox Faith.

Theme of this Year's Diocesan Camp is The Church is the Door to Life.

The schedule for the remaining camping weeks is as follows:

Week 2: July 22-28, 2012: Johnstown, Pocono, Southern Tier, Youngstown and Chicago Deaneries

Week 3:  July 29-August 5, 2012:  Pittsburgh, Mid-Atlantic, Tri-State and Washington D.C. Deaneries.

All are invited to follow the camping program by viewing the camp photo galleries which will be updated on a daily basis here.
