2011 ACRY Bowling Tournament Underway
STRATFORD, CT -- The 2011 National A.C.R.Y. Bowling Tournament, hosted by St. John's Chapter 23, began this evening. Arriving guests enjoyed the warm hospitality provided at St. John's Church. Highlights of the evening included a complimentary dinner buffet, a moon bounce for the children, a camp fire and other activities on the parish grounds.
Team and doubles bowling will take place tommorow at Milford AMF Lanes, and will be followed in the evening by a mascarade party.
Sunday's highlights include Divine Liturgy in the Trumbull Marriott Ball room, followed by a brunch and singles bowling events.
The tournament will conclude with the Grand Awards Banquet on Sunday evening at the Trumbull Marriott.
