Orthodox-Catholic team to travel to Constantinople with the blessing of His
Eminence, Metropolitan Nicholas and at the invitation of the Archons of the
Ecumenical Patriarchate.
Participants will further seek opportunities to publicize the Patriarchate,
Orthodoxy in America in general, and in other media outlets. Secured media
outlets include Touchstone magazine, Inside the Vatican magazine,
and Human Events magazine; possible media outlets include
BeliefNet, the Dallas Morning News, and First
Things.
The participants are also developing a follow-up Orthodox-Catholic conference
to be held in the United States, which will result in further positive media
exposure.
