2016 IOCC Memorial Build Week 1 - Day 1 (6/6/16)

On Monday June 6, 2016, the kick-off week for the Fr. Michael Rosco Memorial Habitat for Humanity Build Project began with the arrival of the first Diocesan construction team from the parishes of St John the Baptist in Perth Amboy, NJ and Holy Resurrection Church in Potomac, MD.

The team met with the IOCC representative and took a brief tour of New Orleans.

Tomorrow, the team looks forward to traveling to the build site and taking a tour of the newly opened Hurricane Katrina Museum.

The team traveled to New Orleans to tour the city and appreciate its beauty
Horse drawn carriages peppered the city and displayed its charm.
Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church will serve as the host partner to all the IOCC teams.
