Saturday evening concluded with the chanting of the concluding prayers of the Compline service by Fr. Andrew Fetchina at the cross shine on the banks of the Hudson River.

Protopresbyter Elias Kozar, pastor emeritus of St. Mary's Church, Yonkers , NY, Fr. Peter Benyo and Fr. Deacon Daniel Mahler led the faithful in the celebration of Divine Liturgy. Fr. Luke Mihaly was the homilist at the Divine Liturgy.

The Saint Nicholas Church Choir, 10th Street, NYC, was the guest choir at this year's pilgrimage. They were directed by Attorney Nicholas Timko.

Fr. Andrew Fetchina, welcomed diocesan campers, to the second annual Pilgrims Camp. The camp was established at Clarence Fahnestock State Park, a short drive from St. Basil Academy, the site of the annual Fall Pilgrimage in Honor of the Theotokos and the Precious and Life-Giving Cross

Rejoice O Un- Wedded Bride! The faithful led by The Very Rev Fathers, John Beskid, David Cochran, Michael Macura, Luke Mihaly and Peter Paproski, and the Rev Fathers David Kossey and Michael Psenechuk sang the Akathist Service to the Theotokos which formally concluded the Pilgrimage.

Campers Daniel Paproski and Brett Bilcheck enjoy toasted marshmellows at the Saturday afternoon camp fire.

Fr. Constantine Siteras, the Executive Director of St. Basil Academy, sang the troparion to St. Dionysius and gave a short explanation of the life of this saint who is known for his extreme humility and ability to forgive.

More than 100 Pilgrims from Connecticut and New York travelled to St. Basil Academy Sunday Morning to participate in the services of Matins and Divine Liturgy. Pictured are some pilgrims at the Cross Shrine enjoying the scenic views of the Hudson River and West Point Military Academy which is directly accross from St. Basil Academy.

Very Rev. Fr. Luke Mihaly performs the lesser blessing of waters at the end of Saturday Night's Great Vespers Service which marked the beginning of the Pilgrimage. Fr. Luke was designated the main celebrant at the pilgrimage service by His Eminence, Metropolitan Nicholas who is recovering from recent surgery.

Following Vespers a candlelight procession took place from the St. Basil Chapel to the banks of the Hudson River. The first stopping point on the procession was at the Shrine to St. Dionysios.

Campers Paul and Andrew Best from Connecticut, are amongst the first to set up their tents at the Pilgrim's Camp.
