On March 13, 2003  The Diocesan Faithful and Clergy From The Western Sectors of The Diocese and  Numerous Orthodox and Ecumenical Hierarchs Joined His Eminence, Metropolitan Nicholas on the occasion of the Twentieth Anniversary of His Consecration as Bishop.
