when the council asked him his name 3 times instead of his name he said 3 times "I am a christian"

the lion and bear would not touch him.

Eulampiust and Eulampia were brother and sister from nicomedia. At that time of vishious persicuting of christians by the emporer Maxsimion. Some of the faithful of nicomedia fled from the city and hid. The young Eulampiust was sent into the city to get bread. Entering it he saw the empirial decree on the pursecution and killing of christions. Eulampiust looked at it and laughed so he took it down and started riping and tearing it so he was took to trial. -Emmeline

The evil emperor put iron rods on Sergius's and Bacchus's neck,then stripped them and put them in women clothes and made them walk the streets to humiliate them.

Thomas was one of the twelve great Apostles. Through his doubt of the resurrection of Christ a new confirmation was given of this wonderful and saving event.When the Apostles cast lots to see who would go where to preach the Gospel Thomas was chosen to go to India he was some what sad to go so far away but the Lord apeard to Thomas and comforted him. -Emmeline
