On Tuesday evening June 21, 2006, His Eminence, Metropolitan Nicholas, accompanied by Orthodox Archbishop John of Presov and Subdeacon Lenny Myers, visited the Chancery and Residence of Bishop John Babjaka of The Greek Catholic Eparchy of Presov. His Eminence, Metropolitan Nicholas was warmly received and the hierarchs spoke about the spiritual challenges facing their respective flocks in Slovakia and the United States. This visit was characterized in the press releases of the Greek Catholic Eparchy of Presov as "..an important meeting in an Ecumenical Spirit."
